About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship based in our Houston office. You will join the Tallgrass Procurement Team for a 10-week program during the summer of 2027. This role focuses on supporting procurement functions through data analytics and process improvement.
What you'll do#
- Support end-to-end procurement functions with a focus on data analytics.
- Review, streamline, and optimize internal procurement workflows and processes.
- Conduct data quality reviews of third-party deliverables to ensure compliance.
- Manage vendor documentation through systematic cataloging and archiving.
- Facilitate collaboration across various company departments.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Business Administration.
- An expected graduation date between December 2026 and May 2028.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Intermediate skills in Adobe Acrobat and PDF editing software.
- A strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
