BLP Intern - Marketing

About the role#

The Business Leadership Program (BLP) Internship is a 10-week paid summer assignment designed to provide hands-on experience within our marketing function. Interns work alongside industry experts on projects that drive business innovation. The program includes an immersive orientation, networking opportunities with business leaders, and ongoing mentorship to support your professional growth.

What you'll do#

As a Marketing BLP Intern, you will gain exposure to core marketing functions and contribute to real-world business initiatives. Your responsibilities may include:

• Conducting research and market analysis.
• Supporting product marketing and new product introduction strategies.
• Contributing to digital and mobile marketing initiatives.
• Assisting with loyalty marketing and customer segmentation efforts.

What you'll need#

• Current pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a relevant business field.
• A minimum overall GPA of 3.0.
• Availability for 10 consecutive weeks during the summer (June – August) for a full-time, 40-hour work week.
• Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for continuous learning.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within collaborative teams.
