MBA Intern- Executive Projects

About the role#

This internship provides exposure to executive-level decision-making by supporting the leadership team on high-impact initiatives. You will work on special projects that influence the direction of the organization within the automation machinery manufacturing industry.

What you'll do#

• Project Management: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing special projects assigned by the executive team, including market research and competitive analysis.
• Data Analysis: Conduct analysis to support decision-making processes and prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings.
• Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of strategic plans and identify potential growth opportunities or areas for improvement.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various departments to gather information and ensure project alignment with organizational goals.
• Executive Support: Prepare materials for executive meetings, including briefings, reports, and presentations.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing an MBA from a recognized institution.
• Experience in material handling, supply chain, logistics, or operations.
• Excellent research and data analysis skills.

• Location: Wilmington, Massachusetts.
• Modality: On-site.
• Employment Type: Full-time.
• Travel: Up to 10% travel may be required. A valid driver's license is required, and the ability to travel to client or customer locations is necessary.
