About the role#
Join our Customer Experience team as a System Field Analyst intern. You will apply your analytical skills to improve bot system performance and resolve complex technical issues. This role sits within our Operations organization, where you will support the deployment and testing of Symbotic systems at new customer sites.
What you'll do#
- Analyze bot system performance to improve speed and efficiency.
- Identify, document, and track system issues to support timely improvements.
- Work with technical and development teams to create solutions for bot challenges.
- Interpret data and provide ongoing reports using statistical techniques.
- Contribute to projects focused on SKU profiling and bot failure analysis.
- Collaborate with engineering and on-site teams in a professional environment.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in data analytics, computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
- Strong skills in collecting, organizing, and interpreting large data sets with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Python.
- Ability to work hands-on at our site in a collaborative setting.
- Willingness to learn the technical aspects of our systems.
- Ability to work effectively within diverse teams.
Location & details#
- Location: Wilmington, Massachusetts.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- This is a full-time, paid internship.
- Approximately 75% of your time will be spent on a construction site where personal protective equipment is required.
- You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in temperatures ranging from 32 to 105 degrees Fahrenheit.
- You will be required to work at heights of up to 45 feet and navigate restricted areas.
