Intern- System Field Analyst (BOT)

About the role#

Join the Customer Experience team as a System Field Analyst intern. This role focuses on applying analytical skills to monitor bot system performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and support system readiness at customer sites. You will work within the Operations organization to contribute to the successful deployment and implementation of automation technology.

What you'll do#

• Analyze bot system performance data to support improvements in speed and efficiency.
• Collaborate with technical and development teams to identify, document, and track system issues.
• Interpret complex data sets using statistical techniques and generate ongoing performance reports.
• Contribute to specific projects involving SKU profiling, bot failure analysis, and overall system optimization.
• Work effectively with engineering and on-site teams to maintain a professional, collaborative environment.

What you'll need#

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in data analytics, computer science, software engineering, statistics, mathematics, or computer engineering.
• Strong ability to collect, organize, and analyze large data sets with high attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Python.
• Ability to work hands-on in an on-site environment and a willingness to learn complex technical systems.
• Ability to work in environments requiring physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds, working at heights of up to 45 feet, and navigating temperatures between 32° and 105° Fahrenheit.
• Must comply with all site safety protocols, including the use of required personal protective equipment (PPE).
