About the role#
As a Digital Employee Experience Communications Specialist, you will join the Employee Experience Delivery team within the Chief Technology Office. Your work focuses on providing a smooth technology experience for all Sun Life employees by supporting the adoption of enterprise productivity and collaboration tools. You will act as a bridge between technical teams and end users, ensuring that services are easy to use and well-understood.
What you'll do#
- Create communication materials, service documentation, and best practices to help employees adopt new tools.
- Manage platforms dedicated to peer-to-peer learning and tool adoption.
- Gather feedback from employees regarding their experience with collaboration and productivity software.
- Analyze usage data and prepare reports that include actionable recommendations.
- Assist with ongoing change management projects as needed.
What you'll need#
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to explain the value of technology to non-technical audiences.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Online.
- Current enrollment in a program related to Communications, Computer Science, or Business Administration.
