About the role#
This is a hands-on business operations role reporting directly to the Chief of Staff. You will work across the team on the processes, tools, and projects that keep the business running. The work spans internal operations, vendor management, and cross-team coordination. You will sit in on strategy meetings and contribute ideas.
What you'll do#
- Support day-to-day business operations to keep processes organized and moving forward.
- Help manage and evaluate tools and vendors, from research to onboarding.
- Coordinate across teams to keep projects on track and unblock daily work.
- Build and maintain documentation for internal processes and workflows.
- Assist with scheduling, reporting, and administrative office needs.
- Take on ad hoc projects as priorities shift, including research and process improvements.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program (rising senior or recent grad preferred).
- Academic background in Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics, Communications, or Political Science.
- Genuine interest in business operations, strategy, or startup environments.
- Strong written communication skills that are clear and direct.
- Organized and dependable approach to tracking multiple moving pieces.
- Ability to work as a self-starter without needing constant direction.
- Comfort working with data and spreadsheets.
- Familiarity with project management tools like Notion or Asana is a plus.
Location & details#
- Location: Beverly Hills, California (On-site).
- Term: Fall 2026.
- Start date: August 17th.
- Status: Part-time, paid position ($3500 per month).
