About the role#
This is a hands-on business operations role reporting directly to the Chief of Staff. You will work across the team on the processes, tools, and projects that keep the business running. This position involves internal operations, vendor management, and cross-team coordination. You will have direct exposure to founders and senior leadership while contributing to projects used by students.
What you'll do#
- Support day-to-day business operations to keep processes organized.
- Manage and evaluate tools and vendors, from initial research to onboarding.
- Coordinate across teams to keep projects on track and resolve operational blockers.
- Build and maintain documentation for internal workflows and processes.
- Assist with scheduling, reporting, and general administrative office needs.
- Take on ad hoc projects ranging from research to process improvements.
- Participate in strategy meetings and contribute ideas.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program, with preference for rising seniors or recent graduates.
- Genuine interest in business operations, strategy, or startup environments.
- Strong, clear, and direct written communication skills.
- Highly organized and dependable with the ability to track multiple moving pieces.
- Ability to work as a self-starter who can take initiative.
- Comfort working with data and spreadsheets.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Notion or Asana is a plus.
- Relevant majors include Business Administration, Operations Management, Economics, Communications, or Political Science.
Location & details#
- Location: Beverly Hills, California (On-site).
- Term: Fall 2026.
- Start date: August 17th.
- Compensation: $3500 per month.
- Benefits: Complimentary dinner for work past 6pm and lunch every Friday.
- Employment type: Part-time, paid internship.
