About the role#
This is a hands-on marketing role working directly with the team building and scaling the StudyFetch platform. You will contribute to the creator program, manage student communities, and assist with day-to-day marketing efforts. This position offers direct exposure to founders and senior leadership while working on a product used by over 8 million students.
What you'll do#
- Run creator program operations, including onboarding creators, tracking submissions, and maintaining clear communication.
- Support the creative side of the creator program by briefing content and reviewing submissions against brand guidelines.
- Research and identify new creators and partnership opportunities.
- Manage and grow StudyFetch communities by engaging members, answering questions, and keeping spaces active.
- Assist with general marketing tasks across content, social media, and campaigns.
- Support the content team, including appearing in marketing videos.
- Participate in strategy meetings and contribute ideas.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program, with preference for rising juniors or seniors.
- Genuine interest in marketing, the creator economy, or online communities.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Highly organized and dependable with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Experience with social accounts, community spaces like Discord or Reddit, or campus organizations is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Asana, or Canva is a plus.
Location & details#
- Location: Beverly Hills, California (On-site).
- Term: Fall 2026.
- Schedule: Part-time, with flexible start and end dates based on your class schedule.
- Compensation: $3,500 per month.
- Benefits: Complimentary lunch every Friday and dinner provided for nights working past 6pm.
