- Handle full-stack video production using our content database or your own self-filmed content.

- Grow and manage our creator community, keeping the roster engaged and productive.
- Track metrics such as CPM, CTR, and creative performance.
- Review drivers of views, signups, CAC, and DAU contribution.
- Produce weekly reports on creative performance to optimize our approach.
- Create hooks for TikTok and Reels, write stories for SEO and AEO, and produce referral assets.
What you'll need#
- Ability to work in-person in New York City.
- A passion for working with underrepresented communities and addressing issues related to poverty and inequity.
- Proven experience taking a project from 0 to 1.
- Comfort with editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or Canva.
- A personal TikTok, Reels, or content portfolio.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn metrics into decisions.
- A track record of growing a personal social account to at least 10K followers and using it as an acquisition engine.
- Comfort filming content casually.
- Currently enrolled as a senior or higher in Marketing, Communications, or Media Studies.
Location & details#
- Location: New York, New York, United States.
- Modality: On-site.
