About the role#
This is a hands-on engineering position where you will work directly with the team building and scaling our platform. You will contribute to our mobile app, our web product, and the AI features that support both. This role involves shipping code that goes out to real students.
What you'll do#
- Ship real code to production by taking tickets from branch to release.
- Build features across the stack using React Native for mobile, Next.js for web, and Node.js services.
- Work on AI-powered product features, including prompt design and model integration.
- Debug production issues, reproduce bug reports, and implement fixes.
- Write tests and improve our QA and CI setup.
- Participate in planning and design discussions to share your ideas.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor’s program for Computer Science or a related field.
- Proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript and the ability to read existing codebases.
- A genuine interest in building products.
- Clear communication skills for PRs, messaging, and team calls.
- Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks.
- Experience with React, React Native, Next.js, Git, Linear, Cursor, or Vercel is a plus.
- Experience with side projects, open source, or LLM APIs is a plus.

- Location: Beverly Hills, California (on-site).
- Term: Fall 2026.
- Status: Part-time, paid internship at $3500 per month.
- Benefits: Dinner provided for late hours and Friday lunches.
