About the role#
The Eaton Partners Project Management/Execution Summer Analyst program offers undergraduates a hands-on introduction to the Global Private Funds Group. You will work alongside project management and sales professionals, ranging from Analysts to Managing Directors. The program includes a training curriculum, formal mentorship, and regular performance reviews to support your professional development throughout the summer.
What you'll do#
- Conduct industry research and build out industry databases.
- Prepare presentation materials, including PowerPoint slides and summaries for pitchbooks.
- Perform in-depth quantitative financial analyses.
- Contribute to team meetings and discussions.
- Build reports and log information in Salesforce.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing an undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- Anticipated graduation date between December 2027 and May 2028.
- Minimum GPA of 3.5.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills with superior attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Significant exposure to finance and accounting, with financial modeling experience preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in teams and independently.
- Disciplined work ethic and excellent communication skills.
- Authorization to work in the United States.
