About the role#
This summer internship offers hands-on experience in retail sales, marketing, and leadership. You will join our sales team and work directly with customers while learning how different parts of the business function. You will gain exposure to departments including merchandising, e-commerce, human resources, and accounting. This is a full-time, paid position designed for students pursuing degrees in Business Administration or Marketing.
What you'll do#
- Ask probing questions to understand customer needs.
- Guide customers through the store to find the right products.
- Explain the differences between various items.
- Process payments and arrange delivery for sales.
- Complete all required paperwork accurately.
- Follow up with customers through phone calls or thank you notes.
- Use effective sales techniques while following company procedures.
- Ensure customer satisfaction remains the top priority.
What you'll need#
- Comfort using and learning new computer systems.
- Availability to work standard retail business hours, including nights and weekends.
