About the role#
This internship offers hands-on experience in professional sales, marketing, and leadership. You will join our sales team as a fully trained member, working directly with customers while learning how various business departments function together. Throughout the summer, you will gain exposure to e-commerce, merchandising, human resources, accounting, and operations. This role is designed for students in Business Administration or Marketing who want to build communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
What you'll do#
- Ask probing questions to understand customer needs.
- Guide customers through the store to find suitable products.
- Explain differences between products.
- Handle payment and delivery arrangements for sales.
- Complete all required paperwork accurately.
- Follow up with customers through phone calls or thank you notes.
- Apply effective sales techniques while following company procedures.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction in every interaction.
What you'll need#
- Comfort using and training on computer systems.
- Availability to work standard retail business hours, including nights and weekends.
