About the role#
Steinhafels is hiring interns for the Summer 2027 term. This program provides hands-on experience in professional sales and business operations. You will work alongside store leaders to learn about marketing, merchandising, and management while serving as a member of our sales team. This is a commission-based role with a training bonus during your first four pay periods.
What you'll do#
- Ask probing questions to identify and understand customer needs.
- Guide customers through the store to find suitable products.
- Explain the differences between various items.
- Process payments and arrange product delivery.
- Complete all necessary sales paperwork accurately.
- Follow up with customers through phone calls or thank you notes.
- Apply sales techniques while following company procedures.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction in every interaction.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
- Comfort using and training on computer systems.
- Availability to work standard retail hours, including nights and weekends.
