About the role#
This internship offers hands-on experience in professional sales, marketing, and leadership. You will join the sales team as a fully trained member, working directly with customers while learning how different departments within the business collaborate. Throughout the summer, you will gain exposure to areas such as merchandising, human resources, accounting, and e-commerce. This role is designed for students pursuing degrees in Business Administration or Marketing.
What you'll do#
- Ask probing questions to identify customer needs.
- Guide customers through the store to find suitable products.
- Explain the differences between various items.
- Handle payment and delivery arrangements for sales.
- Complete all required paperwork accurately.
- Follow up with customers through thank you notes or phone calls.
- Apply sales techniques while adhering to company procedures.
- Maintain a focus on customer satisfaction.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Business Administration or Marketing program.
- Comfort using and learning new computer systems.
- Availability to work standard retail hours, including nights and weekends.

- Compensation: This is a paid, full-time, commission-based role with an additional training bonus for the first four pay periods.
