About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and leadership. You will join our team as a fully trained member, working directly with customers while learning how various business departments function together. You will work alongside store leaders and gain exposure to areas including merchandising, e-commerce, human resources, and accounting. This role is designed for students pursuing degrees in Business Administration or Marketing.
What you'll do#
- Ask probing questions to understand customer needs.
- Guide customers through the store to find products that meet their requirements.
- Explain differences between products.
- Arrange payment and delivery for sales.
- Complete all necessary paperwork accurately.
- Follow up with customers through phone calls or thank you notes.
- Use sales techniques while following company procedures.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction in every interaction.
What you'll need#
- Comfort using and training on computers.
- Availability to work standard retail business hours.
- Ability to work nights and weekends.
