About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and leadership. You will join the sales team as a fully trained member, working directly with customers to understand their needs and guide them through our product offerings. Beyond sales, you will gain exposure to departments including e-commerce, merchandising, human resources, and accounting to see how different parts of the business operate.
What you'll do#
- Ask questions to understand customer needs and help them find the right products.
- Explain differences between items to help customers make informed decisions.
- Manage the sales process by arranging payments and delivery logistics.
- Complete all required paperwork accurately.
- Follow up with customers through phone calls or thank you notes.
- Apply sales techniques while following company procedures.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction in every interaction.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program, specifically Business Administration or Marketing.
- Comfort using and learning new computer systems.
- Availability to work standard retail hours, which include nights and weekends.

- Location: Harwood Heights, Illinois.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: This is a paid, commission-based role with an additional training bonus during the first four pay periods.
