About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and leadership. You will join the sales team to work directly with customers and learn how different departments, such as merchandising, human resources, and accounting, support the business. This is a paid, full-time summer position.
What you'll do#
- Ask questions to understand customer needs.
- Guide customers through the store to find the right products.
- Explain the differences between various items.
- Manage payment and delivery logistics for sales.
- Complete all required paperwork accurately.
- Follow up with customers through phone calls or thank you notes.
- Use sales techniques while following company procedures.
- Prioritize customer satisfaction in every interaction.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Business Administration or Marketing program.
- Comfort using and learning new computer systems.
- Availability to work standard retail hours, including nights and weekends.
