About the role#
Springs Window Fashions is looking for a motivated intern to join our Project Management team for Summer 2027. This paid, full-time internship offers hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams. You will gain exposure to project support, professional development, and job shadowing opportunities while working from our corporate headquarters.
What you'll do#
- Assist with updates to existing tools, links, and dashboards.
- Develop tools and processes to help manage cross-functional unit projects and ensure visibility.
- Work alongside project managers and various stakeholders.
- Create standard work operations for routine processes to help with onboarding and consistent tool usage.
- Identify process gaps and support the evolution of project management templates and reporting.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a 4-year degree, with a preference for Junior standing.
- Relevant majors include Business Administration, Marketing, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or Communications.
- Previous internship experience in a relevant function.
- Strong writing, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- High attention to detail and strong critical thinking skills.
