About the role#
This summer internship provides students with hands-on experience by connecting classroom learning to real-world business projects. You will work with the marketing team on initiatives designed to build brand awareness and strengthen customer engagement. The program includes a specific project assignment that you will develop over the summer and present to senior leadership at the end of the term.
What you'll do#
- Support strategic marketing and IT projects focusing on data governance, analytics, and digital transformation.
- Manage Salesforce and CRM data, perform data cleansing, and assist with database governance.
- Create dashboards and conduct performance reporting for campaigns and digital platforms.
- Develop content for social media, email newsletters, and internal communications.
- Create and edit marketing materials such as presentations, flyers, and product sheets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on promotional campaigns and product launches.
- Assist with event planning, logistics, and execution for tradeshows and webinars.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new marketing strategies.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.
- Minimum 2.5 GPA.
- Strong organization, planning, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to and from the work site.
