About the role#
Southwire offers a summer program for students to apply their academic studies to real work. You will manage a project from start to finish, culminating in a presentation at a senior leadership expo. This role is designed to help you transition from the classroom to a professional environment through hands-on experience.
What you'll do#
- Develop a project timeline and provide regular progress updates.
- Present your final project results to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with peers and leaders on various projects.
- Participate in the onboarding and offboarding process.
- Engage in networking events, organized activities, and community service initiatives.

- Current enrollment in a bachelor degree program or higher.
