About the role#
The Commercial Banking Internship Program is a 10-week summer experience designed to provide undergraduate students with an introduction to commercial banking operations, strategies, and career paths. Interns work alongside experienced professionals to gain exposure to financial solutions and industry insights. The program includes workshops, training sessions, networking opportunities, and mentorship to support professional development.
What you'll do#
- Conduct market research and financial analysis to identify client needs.
- Assist with financial spreads, due diligence on potential borrowers or guarantors, and loan document reviews.
- Collaborate with relationship managers, credit analysts, and team leaders on business initiatives.
- Support marketing activities to enhance client engagement and promote banking services.
- Participate in internship program activities, including workshops and training sessions.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Preferred 3.4 GPA.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

- Modality: On-site, 40 hours per week.
- Compensation: $34,587.00 to $51,879.00 annually, depending on skills, experience, and education.
