About the role#
The Summer 2027 Commercial Banking Internship is a 10-week program designed to provide undergraduate students with an introduction to commercial banking operations, strategies, and career paths. Interns work alongside experienced professionals to gain hands-on exposure to financial solutions and community-focused banking. The program includes workshops, training sessions, networking opportunities with leadership, and mentorship to support professional development.
What you'll do#
- Participate in program activities, including workshops, training sessions, and special projects.
- Conduct market research and financial analysis to identify client needs.
- Assist with financial spreads, due diligence, and loan document reviews.
- Collaborate with relationship managers and credit analysts on business initiatives.
- Support marketing activities to enhance client engagement and promote services.
What you'll need#
- Current undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Mathematics.
- A 3.4 GPA is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
