About the role#
This Summer 2027 internship provides a hands-on introduction to the beverage industry. You will spend about 70 percent of your time working alongside sales representatives in both on-premise and off-premise accounts, including grocery chains, restaurants, hotels, and liquor stores. The remaining 30 percent of your time will be based in our Farmington Hills office, where you will network with leadership and learn about departments such as Trade Development and Customer Service.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with various sales divisions to support daily operations.
- Gain exposure to product knowledge, trade development, operations, and mixology.
- Stay informed on the activities and goals of your assigned sales divisions.
- Organize and execute a local volunteer project.
- Develop and present a final sales-related project at the end of the program.
What you'll need#
- Junior standing in college, graduating in December 2027 or May 2028.
- Bachelor’s degree pursuit in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.
- Must be 21 years of age or older by the start of the internship.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and a self-starter mindset.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to secure and maintain a valid driver’s license and auto-liability insurance.
- Ability to reside in the Farmington Hills area during the internship.
