About the role#
This internship offers a hands-on introduction to the beverage industry. You will spend about 70 percent of your time working alongside current sales representatives in both on and off-premise accounts, such as grocery chains, restaurants, hotels, and bars. The remaining time is based in our Orlando office, where you will network with leadership and learn about departments including trade development, operations, and customer service.
What you'll do#
- Support various sales divisions while gaining exposure to product knowledge, mixology, and operations.
- Stay informed on the goals and activities of different sales teams.
- Coordinate and carry out a local volunteer project.
- Develop and present a final project based on your experience during the program.
What you'll need#
- Junior status in college, graduating in December 2027 or May 2028.
- Bachelor's degree pursuit in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Sales.
- Minimum age of 21 by the start of the internship.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organize multiple projects and work effectively within a team.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and a self-starting mindset.
- A valid driver's license and auto-liability insurance.
- Ability to reside in the Orlando area for the duration of the program.
