About the role#
This is a full-time, paid Summer 2027 internship based in Indianapolis, Indiana. You will gain exposure to the wine and spirits industry by working across various business areas, including sales, marketing, and distribution. The program provides a structured look at how these departments interact within the beverage manufacturing sector.
What you'll do#
- Work with multiple teams to learn about different aspects of the company.
- Participate in training sessions, on-site meetings, and department-wide learning opportunities.
- Assist with On-Premise Surveys.
- Support the team on specific projects aligned with your learning goals.
- Handle other job-related duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Current Junior in college, graduating the following semester or year.
- Pursuing a BS/BA in fields such as Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Logistics, retail, or hospitality.
- Minimum 2.0 GPA.
- Must be at least 21 years of age by the start of the internship.
- Ability to reside in the Indianapolis area.
- Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto-liability insurance.
- Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organize multiple projects and pay attention to details.
- A teamwork-oriented approach to goals.
- Ability to perform physical tasks like walking, bending, and lifting up to 48lbs.
