About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in the adult beverage industry. You will work with commercial teams to learn about company operations and industry practices. The program includes professional development workshops, training sessions, and leadership opportunities.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with various teams to understand company operations.
- Participate in training, on-site meetings, and department learning opportunities.
- Analyze SKU, brand, and category performance using trend data and consumer insights.
- Review Nielsen data and perform general data analysis.
- Assist with On-Premise Surveys.
- Conduct grocery store resets and provide sales overviews for on and off-premise locations.
- Attend general sales meetings.
- Support the team with marketing, administrative tasks, and other assigned projects.
What you'll need#
- Current Junior status in college, graduating in December 2027 or May 2028.
- Pursuing a BS/BA in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Sales, Retail, or Category Management.
- At least 21 years of age by the start of the internship.
- Ability to reside in the Sandy, Utah area for the duration of the program.
- Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
- A self-starter mindset with demonstrated leadership experience.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- A valid driver’s license and auto-liability insurance.
- Ability to lift, push, or carry up to 48 lbs.

- Location: Sandy, Utah.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May 17 to July 30).
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: Paid at $22 per hour.
- Status: Full-time.
