About the role#
This internship provides a look into the beverage distribution business. You will spend about 70 percent of your time working alongside current sales representatives in the field and 30 percent of your time at our Union City office. You will gain experience across on and off premise accounts, including grocery chains, restaurants, hotels, and liquor stores. In the office, you will network with executives and learn from departments such as Trade Development, Customer Service, and Inside Sales.
What you'll do#
- Support our various sales divisions while learning about the business.
- Gain exposure to product knowledge, operations, trade development, and mixology.
- Stay informed on the activities of the sales teams you support.
- Plan and carry out a local volunteer project.
- Develop and present a final project based on your observations and work with the sales divisions.
What you'll need#
- You must be a college Junior graduating the following year with a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- You must be at least 21 years old by the start of the internship.
- Ability to reside in the Union City area.
- A valid driver license and auto-liability insurance that meets state laws.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects with attention to detail.
- A self-starter mindset with demonstrated leadership experience.
- A collaborative approach to reaching goals.

- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: On-site.
- Status: Full-time and paid at $22 per hour.
- Physical requirements include driving for up to 2 hours at a time, walking, standing, and lifting or moving up to 48 pounds.
