About the role#
This internship program helps develop the next generation of leaders in sales and trade development. You will work with various teams to learn about the beverage industry and gain hands-on experience through training, meetings, and professional development workshops. This is a paid, full-time summer position.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with teams to learn about company operations and participate in department-wide training.
- Use trend data and consumer insights to evaluate brand, SKU, and category performance.
- Assist with On-Premise Surveys and review Nielsen data.
- Perform grocery store resets and attend general sales meetings.
- Support the team with various projects and administrative duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- You must be a college Junior graduating the following year.
- Pursuing a BS or BA in business, sales, marketing, communications, retail, or category management.
- At least 21 years of age by the start of the internship.
- Ability to reside in the Reno area for the duration of the program.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work well within a team.
- A self-starter mindset with demonstrated leadership experience.
- Ability to secure and maintain a valid driver license, auto-liability insurance, and a State Sales Permit.

- Location: Reno, Nevada.
- Term: Summer 2027 (May 17 to July 30, 2027).
- Modality: On-site.
- Compensation: $22 per hour.
