About the role#
This is a paid, full-time summer internship program designed to develop future leaders in sales and trade development. You will work closely with our commercial teams to gain hands-on experience in the beverage distribution industry. The program includes training, professional development workshops, and opportunities to network with industry professionals.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with various teams to learn about all aspects of the company operations.
- Analyze trend data and consumer insights to evaluate SKU, brand, and category performance.
- Assist with on-premise surveys and review Nielsen data.
- Gain exposure to on and off-premise sales strategies.
- Perform grocery store resets and support marketing and administrative tasks.
- Participate in on-site meetings, general sales meetings, and department-wide learning opportunities.
- Support team projects based on your specific learning goals.
What you'll need#
- You must be a college Junior, graduating in December 2027 or May 2028.
- Pursuing a BS or BA in business, sales, marketing, communications, retail, or category management.
- You must be 21 years of age or older by the start of the internship.
- Ability to reside in the Phoenix area during the program.
- Working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and a self-starter mindset.
- A valid driver’s license and auto-liability insurance that meets state requirements.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as walking, bending, and lifting up to 48 lbs.
