About the role#
This is a 12-month paid internship starting in January 2027. You will join the Learning Experience & Design team at our Mississauga headquarters. The team builds training materials, web-based courses, and video content to help users adopt SOTI products. This role is a full-time position with a hybrid work schedule, requiring you to be in the office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
What you'll do#
- Plan, coordinate, and track learning content projects like webinars and instructional resources.
- Manage schedules for video recordings, stakeholder checkpoints, and project reviews.
- Maintain production schedules, project plans, and content inventories using tools like ClickUp.
- Draft and edit scripts, storyboards, and presentation materials.
- Assist with launching content across platforms including YouTube, SharePoint, and our internal learning hubs.
- Support the development of AI-powered solutions and Copilot Studio agents.
- Create and update multimedia assets such as graphics and videos.
- Ensure all content meets branding, accessibility, and quality standards.
- Research emerging trends in AI and digital content creation to support team improvements.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree or diploma program in Communications, Marketing, Business, Education, Digital Media, Technical Writing, Instructional Design, or Project Management.
- Experience managing projects or coordinating team activities through school, volunteering, or past work.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with high attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications.
- Interest in learning and using creative tools like Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Canva, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as ClickUp or Microsoft Planner.
- Bonus points for experience with AI tools, Copilot, video editing, or learning experience design.
