About the role#
We are looking for a Finance Co-op to join our team for the Winter 2027 term. This is a full-time, paid position where you will gain hands-on experience working with our finance and controllership teams. You will help us execute strategic plans and support the daily operations of our finance department.
What you'll do#
- Assist the finance team with the execution of strategic initiatives.
- Prepare reconciliations for the monthly GL close to support the Controllership team.
- Review and approve expenses for the Accounts Payable team.
- Enter bank information for payments where applicable.
- Contribute to special projects as they arise.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program in Business, Economics, or Accounting.
- An analytical approach to finding solutions for complex problems.
- A genuine interest in working with numbers, large datasets, and building financial models.
- Experience or interest in working within a collaborative environment.
Location & details#
- This role is based in Waterloo or Ottawa, Ontario.
- We operate with a hybrid work model.
- This is a full-time co-op position for the Winter 2027 term.
