About the role#
Sodales Solutions is looking for a Business Analyst to join our team for a co-op term starting in Fall 2026. This is a full-time, paid internship based in our Toronto office. You will work in a hybrid capacity to support our product development and delivery efforts.
What you'll do#
- Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder discussions, workshops, and interviews.
- Create and maintain project documentation, including user stories, process flows, and business requirements documents.
- Collaborate with product, development, and quality assurance teams to translate business needs into functional requirements.
- Participate in application testing, including User Acceptance Testing and test case preparation.
- Research industry trends and customer needs to identify potential product improvements.
- Assist with troubleshooting product issues and documenting findings.
- Attend Agile ceremonies like stand-ups, sprint planning, and backlog refinement.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and a sharp eye for detail.
- An interest in enterprise software, business analysis, and product management.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Design Thinking, or software development concepts is an asset.
- A basic understanding of documentation techniques and business process analysis.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and collaboration platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud applications or SAP technologies is helpful but not required.
