About the role#
We are hiring a full-time Co-op ASIC Digital Verification Engineer for a 16-week term starting in January 2027. You will join our team in Ottawa to work on the development of mixed-signal PLL integrated circuits. This position offers the chance to learn about our verification environments, test benches, and test-case development while contributing to active projects.
What you'll do#
- Gain direct experience with ASIC verification processes.
- Contribute to the verification efforts of ongoing engineering projects.
- Collaborate with design and verification team members based both locally and remotely.
What you'll need#
- Good academic standing.
- Object-oriented coding skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in English, including the ability to communicate and collaborate in a professional environment.
- Familiarity with Verilog, SystemVerilog, and UVM is helpful.
- Knowledge of scripting languages like Python or Tcl is an asset.
- Ability to learn quickly and work with minimal supervision.
