WCIV in Charleston, SC is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our Sales team. This internship is designed to provide you with practical experience in sales strategies, customer engagement, and market analysis. As a Sales Intern, you'll work closely with our sales team to support various initiatives and gain valuable insights into the sales process. This is an unpaid internship. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing sales strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
- Support the sales team with lead generation, customer outreach, and follow-up.
- Prepare sales reports and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve sales processes.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Help with administrative tasks related to sales operations, such as maintaining CRM systems and updating sales materials.
Qualifications:
- Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program or be considered a recent graduate
- Must be at least in your sophomore year of an accredited college/university
- Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.
- Willing to work approximately 15 hours a week for 12 weeks There may be a variety in hours
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have reliable transportation and be able to work from our Charleston, SC location
