About the role#
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator Co-Op supports the North America HR team. You will handle administrative duties and operational tasks that keep our recruitment processes running. This role involves working with hiring managers and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring experience. You will be a member of the North American HR team for the duration of your co-op.
What you'll do#
- Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics.
- Assist with sourcing and basic screening of job applicants.
- Help plan recruitment events, including venue selection and logistics.
- Maintain data integrity in the Applicant Tracking System and provide technical support to users.
- Monitor the Talent Acquisition mailbox and assist applicants.
- Collaborate with Administrative Assistants and HR Operations to support candidate onboarding.
- Audit hire trackers for accuracy using MS Excel.
- Identify workflow gaps to improve efficiency.
- Manage or participate in assigned special projects and provide general administrative support.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an Undergraduate or Masters co-op program.
- Ability to work full-time from January 2027 through June 2027.
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with various stakeholders.
- Organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize assignments and manage multiple projects.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and strong skills in Windows environments, including Outlook, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint.
- Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Experience working in changing environments.

- Term: Winter 2027 (January 2027 - June 2027).
- Work Modality: Remote, On-site, or Hybrid.
- Compensation: $28 per hour.
- Status: Full-time, paid position.
