About the role#
As a Legal Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of in-house counsel work. You will report to the Senior Associate General Counsel in Boston and assist with legal matters handled by the Office of General Counsel. While the focus is on U.S. legal issues, you will also have exposure to global matters. This is a paid, full-time position for the Winter 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Assist with commercial contract reviews and corporate governance.
- Draft contracts and provide day-to-day legal support.
- Conduct basic research and compile reports on operational and business management topics.
- Support the analysis of contractual and other disputes.
- Review regulatory compliance requirements.
- Organize case files and legal documents.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school as a current 2L or 3L student.
- Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio, along with general web proficiency.
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization. Please note that sponsorship is not provided for this position.
