    About the role#

    As a Systems Engineer Intern, you will join our team for the Summer 2027 term. You will work alongside industry experts on technical projects within the aerospace and defense sector. This role provides hands-on experience through direct involvement in company initiatives, workshops, and mentorship from experienced professionals.

    What you'll do#

    • Contribute to team objectives by completing assigned technical project tasks.
    • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and records.
    • Collect, analyze, and interpret technical data to support engineering decisions.
    • Attend planning meetings to learn about project requirements, timelines, and team goals.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and support the implementation of best practices.

    What you'll need#

    • Current enrollment in a university or college program pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical field.
    • Standing as a Sophomore, Junior, or Senior in college or technical school.
    • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
    • U.S. Citizenship is required.
    • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance.

    • This position is located in Dayton, Ohio.
    • This is an on-site, full-time internship.
    • This role is a paid position.
