About the role#
This is a part-time Pharmacy Intern position located in St. Thomas, Ontario. You will work in a community pharmacy setting to gain practical experience that complements your academic studies. This role focuses on patient interaction, retail pharmacy operations, and clinical knowledge development.
What you'll do#
- Greet and acknowledge all customers who approach the pharmacy.
- Ensure all privacy requirements, including confidentiality and consent management, are met.
- Maintain a professional presence and remain clearly identifiable to the public.
- Learn about the expanding roles of the community pharmacist.
- Develop skills in patient counseling and retail pharmacy management.
- Build knowledge in OTC products, disease state management, and drug therapy.
What you'll need#
- You must be currently pursuing a degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences.

- Compensation: $22.00 to $28.75 per hour, depending on experience and location.
