About the role#
As a Pharmacy Intern, you will work under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist to support the daily operations of our retail pharmacy. You will play a key role in maintaining a safe and effective environment while delivering direct care to patients. This position involves managing pharmacy workflows, inventory, and regulatory requirements while modeling our commitment to patient health.
What you'll do#
- Ensure patient safety and uphold pharmacy professional practice standards.
- Manage inventory and pharmacy workflows.
- Support the adoption and management of patient care programs.
- Provide patient immunizations once state regulations are met.
- Demonstrate empathy and compassion when interacting with patients, caregivers, and team members.
- Foster a team culture that promotes energy, enthusiasm, and care.
- Collaborate with colleagues to reach better patient outcomes.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an ACPE accredited college or school of pharmacy.
- Valid intern or technician licensure or be in the process of obtaining one.
- 0-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Ability to remain mobile, stand for extended periods, and lift up to 20 lbs.
- Physical capability to reach overhead, stoop, and perform tasks requiring finger dexterity.
- Close visual acuity for transcribing, reading, and viewing computer terminals.
- Completion of all required training within state guidelines.
- Immunization eligibility and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are preferred.

- Location: East Boston, Massachusetts.
- Employment type: Part-time.
- Compensation: $20.50 - $24.25 per hour.
- Work modality: On-site.
