About the role#
This is an 8-month co-op or internship position starting in August 2026. You will join the Master Planning and Logistics team in a full-time capacity, working on-site at our Stratford, Ontario facility. This role supports our manufacturing operations and the related functions that keep our production lines moving.
What you'll do#
- Support manufacturing areas and related support functions through daily scheduling and coordination with production leaders.
- Verify capacity and demand risks, then communicate any constraints you identify.
- Monitor supplier deliveries for assigned materials and update SAP records.
- Analyze MRP runs to determine demand and manage purchase and production orders.
- Create releases and manage EDI transmissions to suppliers.
- Monitor inventory levels against established minimums and maximums.
- Support inventory and cost reduction projects.
- Generate consumption reports as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a post-secondary Logistics or Supply Chain Management program.
- Strong skills in MS Excel and general computer applications.
- Basic knowledge of SAP.
- Ability to solve problems and perform math calculations.
- A disciplined and organized approach with strong attention to detail.
- Effective planning abilities and clear communication skills.
