About the role#
Discovery Co-operative is hiring a Part-Time Student Clerk I for our Glaslyn location. This role supports our retail operations by assisting customers and maintaining store merchandise.
What you'll do#
- Provide safe, courteous, and efficient service to customers in the Glaslyn department.
- Work as a cashier.
- Manage shelf labels, pricing, PLU codes, and check best before dates for all merchandise.
- Help with receiving, pricing, and displaying products.
- Take on other duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- You must be under 18 years old and currently attending high school.
- If you are 14 or 15, you must have completed the Young Worker Readiness Certificate.
- You are honest, trustworthy, and results-oriented.
- You can stand for extended periods and have good manual dexterity.
- You are able to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
- Previous co-operative retail experience is an asset.

- The role is part-time and on-site.
