About the role#
This is a 6-month, full-time internship for Fall 2026 within the Service Management Processes and Solutions team. You will work on-site in Palo Alto, California, contributing to the development of agentic AI solutions for customer support and cloud operations. This role focuses on the intersection of enterprise technology, agile delivery, and generative AI.
What you'll do#
- Support the refinement of RAG workflows by documenting client needs and helping technical teams tune AI responses for accuracy.
- Utilize analytics to track the performance of new capabilities and advocate for data-driven methodologies.
- Partner with engineering, data, and design teams to translate requirements into epics and acceptance criteria.
- Define and track success metrics while using user feedback for continuous improvement.
- Communicate the evaluation lifecycle, including the differences between evaluations, UATs, and productive labeling.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a degree program or bootcamp in Data Science, Computer Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or Computer Engineering.
