About the role#
Sanofi is hiring a Drug Product Development Co-op to join our team in Waltham, Massachusetts. This is a full-time, paid position requiring 40 hours of work per week, Monday through Friday. We are looking for students available for the Winter 2027 or Winter 2028 terms who can relocate to the office for the duration of the assignment.
What you'll do#
- Execute formulation, process development, and stability studies, with a focus on mRNA-LNP vaccine programs.
- Work with internal and external partners to solve challenges related to formulation, stability, and compatibility.
- Maintain rigorous documentation practices, including the use of electronic laboratory notebooks.
- Develop standard operating procedures and write technical reports.
- Analyze and compile experimental data to present to internal and cross-functional teams.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor or Master degree program in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date in 2027 or 2028.
- Permanent authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship.
- Ability to work on-site in Waltham, Massachusetts, for the full duration of the co-op.
- Competence in wet lab work, formulation, process development, stability studies, and technical writing.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Preferred: At least one year of relevant laboratory experience.
- Nice to have: Experience with drug delivery systems, AI data analysis, or biophysical characterization.
