About the role#
This internship provides high school students with hands-on experience in a clinical setting. You will work alongside staff to support daily operations and gain exposure to healthcare processes. This is a part-time, paid position with a rolling schedule.
What you'll do#
- Assist staff with patient transport and basic care needs.
- Support the team by providing necessary supplies and equipment.
- Help serve food and maintain a clean work environment.
- Complete delegated administrative tasks and projects.
- Attend training sessions to learn about hospital functions.
- Follow all patient safety protocols.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a pre-approved Sanford clinical internship program for high school students.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
- Ability to obtain and maintain department-specific certifications.
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry is helpful but not required.

- Location: Bagley, Minnesota.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Part-time, 8 hours per week with varied shifts.
