About the role#
The Field Engineer Intern supports project superintendents with daily operations on active job sites. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in construction management, project coordination, and site safety protocols.
What you'll do#
- Assist superintendents with daily site duties and project-specific tasks.
- Support the flow of project documentation and scheduling requirements.
- Participate in quality control and safety monitoring activities.
- Develop a practical understanding of job-site coordination and operational efficiency.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor degree program for Construction Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Architecture, Environmental Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Expected graduation within 18 months.
- Availability to work 40 hours per week for a minimum term of three months.
- Ability to read and interpret contracts, specifications, and engineering drawings.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
