About the role#
The Field Engineer Intern supports project superintendents with daily operations and site coordination. This position provides hands-on experience with the administrative and technical aspects of construction project management.
What you'll do#
- Assist superintendents with daily job-site duties.
- Manage project document flow and scheduling tasks.
- Participate in quality control and safety monitoring.
- Develop a foundational understanding of job-site coordination and project-specific requirements.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Architecture, Environmental Engineering, or a closely related field.
- Must be within 18 months of graduating from a four-year degree program.
- Ability to work 40 hours per week for a minimum term of three months.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting contracts, specifications, and engineering drawings.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
