About the role#
This internship is a full-time, paid position for Summer 2027 based in Irvine, California. You will work within our Business Applications practice, focusing on Microsoft Dynamics D365 solutions. You will receive mentorship from our team and gain exposure to various technologies and training programs to help you start your career. This role operates on a hybrid schedule and may include up to 50% travel.
What you'll do#
- Assist project teams with deliverables and manage project tasks.
- Capture client requirements and participate in solution development meetings.
- Map business requirements to Microsoft Dynamics D365 and configure solutions.
- Design and document system functions and features.
- Create and improve internal tools to support consulting methodologies.
- Test proposed solutions in lab environments and troubleshoot business application issues.
- Develop client-facing content using operational best practices.
- Build relationships with clients and team members while providing onsite and remote support.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program for Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Operations & Supply Chain, Finance, or Economics.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 for undergraduates or 3.2 for graduate students.
- Previous work or internship experience.
- Basic understanding of business processes and process design.
- Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems is preferred.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A self-motivated, competitive attitude with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
