About the role#
This internship is part of the Microsoft D365 Customer Engagement practice. You will learn D365 CE solutions, including Sales, Field Service, Customer Service, PSA, and Marketing applications. You will participate in the full cycle of software implementation, working directly with clients to understand their business needs and build effective solutions.
What you'll do#
- Perform business analyst functions and lead requirements gathering sessions with clients.
- Assist in the creation of design documentation.
- Perform hands on configuration of the application.
- Work with clients to validate the solution.
- Assist with training and perform ongoing support as needed.
- Participate in Agile or Microsoft SureStep iterative methodologies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and other vendors.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, MIS, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related business field.
- Completion of at least 90 credit hours.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred.
- Ability to travel.
- Strong organizational, writing, and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated initiative and the ability to work in a self-directed manner.
- Relevant, hands-on work experience in a team environment.
- Experience with Scribe is a plus.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship based in Chicago, Illinois.
- The role is on-site for the Summer 2027 term.
