About the role#
This internship provides an opportunity to work within a tax team that covers various specialty areas. You will gain exposure to tax planning, research, and compliance tasks while working alongside experienced professionals in the Boston office.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with team members across different tax specialty areas.
- Conduct tax research and assist with tax planning projects.
- Prepare federal, state, and local tax returns.
- Build your understanding of current tax regulations and accounting pronouncements.
- Travel to client locations as needed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor degree program with an Accounting major.
- Completion of at least 90 credit hours.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Access to reliable transportation for travel to client sites.
