About the role#
As an International Tax Intern, you will work with a range of companies across various industries. You will join team engagements and handle multiple aspects of client assignments. This position is based in San Francisco for the Summer 2027 term.
What you'll do#
- Provide clients with integrated tax solutions focused on outbound and inbound structuring.
- Complete tax planning and research projects.
- Assist with IFRS and GAAP convergence.
- Help with foreign assignment planning.
- Work with global businesses to build cross-border tax strategies.
- Develop an understanding of transfer pricing, worldwide tax minimization, and accounting for income taxes.
What you'll need#
- You are currently working toward a B.A., B.S., or J.D. degree or equivalent.
- You have completed at least 90 credit hours.
- Your major is Accounting.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred.
- You must have access to reliable transportation to travel to client locations.
- Sponsorship for work authorization is not provided.
