About the role#
As an Enterprise Data Integration and Migration Consulting Intern, you will work with organizations of varying sizes and industries to solve real-world business and technology challenges. You will work alongside experienced consultants to understand client needs and support initiatives involving data integration, migration, and modernization across enterprise systems and platforms. This role offers hands-on experience with tools and technologies used for data integration, analytics, reporting, and automation.
What you'll do#
- Work with RSM team members on client projects involving data integration, migration, and management.
- Assist with analyzing, validating, cleansing, and transforming data across business systems.
- Support data migration activities, including extracting, mapping, transforming, and loading data between systems.
- Help identify data quality issues and support efforts to improve the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of client data.
- Gain exposure to how organizations integrate and migrate data across ERP, CRM, HR, and other enterprise systems.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in data analytics, data engineering, computer science, MIS, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work as a team player and communicate effectively with staff at all levels of the firm.
- A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred.

- Location: Dallas, Texas.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Modality: This is an on-site, full-time position.
- Travel: Travel to assigned client locations is required. You must have access to reliable transportation to reach these sites.
